betahouse is located super central in Zürich - in the upscale Zürichberg district, great for students and young travelers. Zurich's top universities are all within 20 mins away, so oversleeping won't be a drama. You'll find a variety of trendy cafes and cool bars just around the corner. And when you don't feel like biking or walking, the bus stop is right in front of the building.

Common means connecting, that's why betahouse is more than just the room you sleep in. Common kitchens, common rooms, play rooms, terraces, there are so many places you can meet your fam, play games, cook dinners, play games, or dance. You can even gossip in the shared bathroom, noone would know, really.

A fully furnished room with a bed, desk, storage space, sink and a small fridge. Your own private space when you need it.

While bathrooms and toilets are shared, they give you all the privacy you need.

FAQ
Your contract term is fixed in time and is set out clearly and transparently in the rental agreement. In addition, it is always a fixed-term contract and therefore it ends without the need for termination at the end of the agreed term.
Guests are only allowed to move around the building when accompanied by the tenant. The tenant is liable for his guests for the duration of their stay. In principle, you are not allowed to accommodate guests in your room, as this is legally not possible due to space constraints. Permission from the administration must therefore be obtained
There are no available parking spaces on the property. However, there are blue and white zones in the city. The costs and conditions for this can be found directly from the city administration
Pets are not allowed. If you ever need to look after a pet, this is allowed for a maximum of one day and everyone's well-being is our priority.
There are a few double rooms. This must therefore be clearly defined and recorded in marketing when the contract is concluded.
There are always only temporary rental contracts, the duration of which can be organized directly with our marketing department.
